    Fullerton Free uses services like Google Analytics and Hotjar to analyze anonymous, aggregated site user data for the purpose of improving the usability of our websites and mobile app. Anonymous information we collect includes, but is not limited to: unique but anonymous identifiers like IP address, approximate geographic location, browser version and settings, computing device type, mobile carrier name, referrer URLs, pages visited and actions taken on a page. We also collect, anonymously and in aggregate, actions you take on our websites and mobile apps, including but not limited to pages visited, links clicked and actions taken within a page like playing a video or filling out a form. We use your approximate geographic location both for analytics purposes and to send you geo targeted push notifications that may be of interest to you.     When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture and name you provided will be visible to the public in the context of your comment.

        We collect credit card or bank account information if you choose to provide it for the purpose of event registrations or online giving. Fullerton Free does not save or store your credit card or bank account information. You may request for assistance in deleting your information or canceling a recurring transaction at any time. We utilize third party companies to provide payment services. Third parties may store your information and any information you provide is governed by their policies. HOW WE ACQUIRE YOUR DATA

The majority of your Personal Identifying Information (PII) we receive is acquired because you provide it to us by, for example, filling out a form, registering for an event, emailing us or making an online payment for online giving or event registration. If you provide information about other people (e.g. family members) we acquire that information as well.

Some information is acquired automatically through third party services like Google Analytics or Hotjar. This information is anonymized.

We do not acquire any Personal Identifying Information from third parties. We do not buy, rent or accept for free any PII from third party sources.

HOW WE SHARE YOUR DATA

We do not share your data with any unaffiliated third parties. We never sell or rent your data to anyone. We will not send unsolicited marketing communications – you can opt out of any marketing communications at any time, and we will not give your data to third party marketers.

We provide your data to third party companies we pay to provide us with services such as information technology or email marketing. We do not authorize third parties to use your data except for the specific purposes for which we provide it.
