MEN'S MINISTRIES

Be on the alert, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. —I Corinthians 16:13.

The apostle Paul’s exhortation is every bit as relevant to 21st century followers of Christ as it was to those walking with Him in the tough territory of Corinth. In every age God has called men to the great adventure—and resulting battle—of their lives as they follow Him. Our aim is to invite men into the adventure of following Christ, and to equip them to live out I Corinthians 16:13.

MEN'S BIBLE STUDY: JOURNEY TO THE CROSS—

Starting March 3 | 7:00-8:30pm | Family Room
The book of Mark tells us that Jesus set his face toward Jerusalem with a determination to fulfill God’s plan. This mission was foretold centuries before in the Old Testament and finds its culmination in Christ’s death and resurrection told to us in the four gospels. Most of us can tell the story of Christ but often we fail to take the time to consider its meaning and the effect it should have in our hearts and lives. Why did Jesus have to die? How does Christ’s work on the cross change the way I live my life? These are just some of the questions we will consider as we dive into the biblical text together.

MEN'S FISHING COLLECTIVE—

Beginning next week is a new Men’s Collective built around fishing! Men’s Collectives are groups of men who gather around a shared interest for the purpose of getting to know each other better and encouraging one another’s faith. Whether you are an avid fisherman or need to dust off your fishing pole tucked away in your garage, our Men's Fishing Collective would love to have you join them as they fish the best spots in Orange County. The first fishing opportunity is on February 24.
