Do you love coffee? Are you looking for a way to serve on a Sunday morning? The Well To Go seeks volunteers to serve coffee and tea to Fullerton Free on the Plaza! This role includes using a card reader for transactions and serving coffee/tea, so some previous experience in food service would be helpful. We ask that the volunteers also be 16+ years old.

MINOR PROPHET READING PLAN BOOKMARK

A great way to grow in relationship with God is regularly reading the Bible and cultivating a hunger for spiritual transformation. Like we did for our series in Mark, we are encouraging a community Bible reading plan that goes along with our current series in the Minor Prophets. The best way to fight against the barriers to spiritual growth is to take small steps and take those steps in community. Before you sit in your seat on Sunday, we hope you will have read the passage during the week and had some time to reflect on what you are reading. To plant seeds of curiosity, connection and exploration of the Bible our goal is to do this together. You can find a bookmark in the seatbacks in the Worship Center or download one here. THINKWELL: END THE STALEMATE

Differences of opinion have always been part of life. For decades, spouses, family members, co-workers, and neighbors have had spirited conversations about politics, social issues, religion, current events, and even sports. But what was different in the past is that these disagreements wouldn’t sever ties between family and friends. Today, we live in an argument culture that has led to nearly a third of people reporting they have stopped talking to a friend or family member due to a disagreement and nearly two-thirds of people saying they stay quiet about their beliefs due to the fear of offending others. Can Christians offer an alternative where we approach disagreements with equal parts truth and love (Eph. 4:15)? This seminar is based on Tim's latest book, End the Stalemate, and will offer practical ways to both prepare our hearts for a conversation and how to organize it so both parties are heard. The After Party is a free, six-part video course designed to help the church navigate the current political landscape and the polarization, entrenched tribal affiliations, and broken relationships that often result. Written and facilitated by Russell Moore, David French and Curtis Chang, the After Party course provides interactive videos that encourage participants to inventory their own political identities, consider the “how” vs. the “what” of politics, and explore what the Bible has to say about it all. We aim for you to be equipped to navigate these challenging topics in your own life and within your communities.
