Sometimes sitting in a large room, we can forget why we gather as Christians and the importance of community. Join us for an interactive evening as we learn about how the Church functions as a family—one where we share a meal and share one others' burdens. Despite our busy schedules, many of us crave a place where we can be known and grow spiritually, but wonder how we can make community a part of our day-to-day rhythms. Our own Amanda Pence will dive into first-century historical context and what the Bible says about Church as family. This stand-alone event is intended both for people who are looking to join a group and those already in groups at the church.
