Trauma Informed Relationships

The trauma induced by the pandemic has impacted us individually as well relationally. All of our relationships have been, in some way, altered by the stress and uncertainty of the last few years. If unidentified, the trauma can continue to affect every part of our life. To address this we have invited a team of mental health professionals to give us tools to navigate the trauma as well as take steps toward our own health personally and relationally.
