For those currently in college or those forging careers there is no lack of new information and increased knowledge. Unfortunately though, that surplus of content does not necessarily translate to practical wisdom or effective living.

For this purpose we have launched a ministry endeavor called Basecamp for young adults geared specifically to develop wisdom, spiritual discernment, character and leadership during this crucial time of life. Centered around Biblical instruction, deeply meaningful community, mentorship and tangible service opportunities, we will be offering young adults the kind of discipleship that will prove an essential launch point from which to set off on all of the as yet uncharted adventures of the life ahead. Basecamp will be every Sunday afternoon under the big white tent from 4:00-5:00pm. Typical Sunday afternoons will involve a brief teaching and tension builder followed by community building discussion. The purpose for our time together on Sundays is to prepare our hearts and minds for worship with the main church body at 5:30pm. We are also currently meeting on Thursday evenings from 7:00-9:00pm under the big white tent to join in community and discuss the previous Sunday’s sermon.
